Before the development for NylonFlex®, we tested all kinds of lumbar support on the market and asked people suffering from chronic back pain about how they feel towards their products. In conclusion we find that most lumbar supports on the market:

Aren't compatible to all chairs, particularly couch.
With that in mind, we decided to try something different. We collaborated with our manufacturer and came up with a specially tuned Nylon 6 material we named NylongFlex®. The tricky part of elasticity of NylonFlex® is that not only is it everlasting, it could also provide solid support from all directions and for all postures. Regardless of how you sit, NylonFlex® allows Ultraback to consistently provide solid support to your lower back so that your muscle wouldn't fatigue while you're slouching or laying in the couch. Finally, the fact that it's non-fabric make it easy to clean, and doesn't heat up. And that, ladies and gentlemen, are the delights of NylonFlex®.
